UHUB faced several challenges with their current CRM process. Firstly, all records on the platform were accessible to everyone, compromising data security. Additionally, the dashboard UI was not user-friendly, making navigation and task management difficult. Both the CRM and the recruiter portal lacked user-friendly interfaces, further complicating daily operations. Moreover, the recruiter onboarding process was tedious and manual, leading to inefficiencies and delays.

To address the challenges of the University HUB business process, including recruiter onboarding and the student onboarding process by recruiters, we have recommended using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Sign. Zoho Creator will be used for the Recruiter Portal, Zoho CRM for the Sales Pipeline, and Zoho Sign for the agreement signing between the Recruiter and University HUB.

The solution was designed based on the business process. A webform was configured for recruiter sign-up, and the recruiter onboarding process included agreement signing via Zoho Sign, with the signing process automated within Zoho CRM. The creation of portal requests was automated with a single click. Recruiters could create student profiles with selected universities, which automatically generated corresponding deals in Zoho CRM. Profiles were defined in CRM according to requirements, enabling efficient movement through the sales pipeline in the Zoho CRM deals module, facilitating error-free deal tracking.
