The CLR and Protoverify teams were both using the same Zoho CRM system, which led to a cluttered database with lead, contact, account, and deal records all mixed together. This made it challenging for each team to segregate their specific leads and accounts. Additionally, sharing the same system caused overlapping data structures and unnecessary extra data, further complicating data management for both teams.

We proposed creating separate layouts for the Protoverify and CLR verticals, allowing each team to access only their own records within their designated layout. This will enable users to work with relevant data specific to their vertical, ensuring a more organized and efficient system.
