Assured Property Private Limited (www.assuredproperty.in) is a real estate startup company located in Hyderabad, Telangana which provides guaranteed assurance to real estate / property investors. Property buyers get online access to “verified and valued” properties that come with "Assured returns and promise of future growth" backed by a guaranteed promise. They wanted to develop a platform which can handle management of various properties, finances, customer acquisition, billing and support operations including marketing functions.
After understanding the start-up's needs and the various business processes, Nexivo's experts came up with a Hybrid Solution PHP Website for Property Search with Zoho One as the back end for implementing most of the business processes including CRM, Workflows, Customer Support. In this solution, Zoho sites was also used implement landing pages with integration with CRM for the initial lead generation

Zoho Social made it easy for them to handle all their social media channels, schedule unlimited posts, monitor keywords, and collaborate with their team—all from a single dashboard.
We developed data management using Zoho Creator to manage the property listings and make them easily accessible from mobile phones. Using Zoho SalesIQ, they can track website visitors, engage in live chat with customers, and gain insights from analytics.
Zoho Forms, with configured email alerts and the ability to efficiently manage data with integrated apps, made it easier for the business to handle operations.
