Zoho People

We have effectively used the Zoho People system to meet most of our requirements by configuring the available modules. Here's a summary of the key implementations:

• Leave Management: The leave management system was configured with approval flows and custom forms, making the process smooth and hassle-free.
• Attendance Management: The attendance module was tailored to simplify attendance tracking. Employees can mark attendance or request regularization. We also set up geo-restrictions to ensure employees can mark their attendance only from authorized locations defined by the organization.
• Employee Management: We added roles, departments, designations, and locations for all employees.
• Project Management: We created a custom project module where employees can add jobs and track timesheets.
• Onboarding: The onboarding process was defined, enabling the HR team to verify documents, have employees accept company policies, and gather generic employee information.
• Email Templates: We configured automated email templates, which are triggered as per the defined processes, simplifying communication.

For Zoho Recruit, we customized several modules to streamline the recruitment process:
