Pearl Group faced significant issues with their existing application used for procurement and managing customer work orders. Frequent server problems made the application unreliable and hindered smooth operations. This not only caused delays but also impacted the team’s productivity, making it difficult to track procurement and manage orders efficiently.

To address these challenges, we recommended implementing Zoho Creator and Zoho Books to build a more robust, scalable, and user-friendly system. The new application was designed to replace the existing one and support the entire procurement and order management workflow, from creating purchase requisitions to generating sales orders and invoices.

Our implementation involved developing a custom application using Zoho Creator to meet Pearl Group's unique requirements. This solution included the following features:

• Procurement Management: Handling procurement flows such as indents, transfer orders from the central warehouse to sub-warehouses, and the creation of purchase receives (PRs) and purchase orders (POs).
• Sales Orders and Invoices: Enabling the team to generate sales orders and invoices for customers.
• Integration with Zoho Books: Seamless synchronization between Zoho Creator and Zoho Books, ensuring that all POs, PRs, and sales data are reflected in Zoho Books for streamlined financial management and reporting.

With this new system, Zoho Books now manages the entire financial process, including raising sales orders, managing purchase receipts, and generating customer invoices, while also enabling advanced report generation for better decision-making.
