The implementation involves streamlining operations across two Zoho Books accounts, one hosted in the Indian data center and the other in the US data center. Indian Zoho Books is used to manage data directly created within the platform, while the US Zoho Books is integrated with Zoho Projects to ensure seamless data flow.

When a project is created in Zoho Projects, it is automatically added to the Customer module in US Zoho Books, and the corresponding ID is updated back in Zoho Projects for consistency. Milestones in Zoho Projects are monitored, and only those marked as "Completed" are added as projects in Zoho Books. Once added, invoices are generated for these milestones, and their status is updated to "Invoiced" to maintain clarity and progress tracking.
