As per svakarma business requirements we have suggested them to Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM for Lead Management Process.

The solution was set based on svakarma business process, using Zoho Creator the Lead Management System(LMS), Two types of Leads/Loans are provided to customers a) Roof Top Solar Loans and b) Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.

In the Zoho Creator the Leads are captured by EPC for RTS, DSA for MSME and RO/RM captures leads for both RTS and MSME.

Zoho Creator validates the Phone numbers and Email Addresses from a click of a button along with KYC and GST .

A CIBIL Score generation for the Lead is also done from the Creator itself

The application can efficiently geneate Bank statement and Bank statement analyzing from the Creator Application.

The creator has a previledge of capturing the geo location from where the leads have been captured based on GPS and Pincode.
