• Automated the Request for Quote (RFQ) process, allowing vendors to submit their quotes via email.
• Configured a workflow to convert approved vendor quotes into Purchase Orders (POs).
• Implemented an approval process for POs, with approved POs pushed to Zoho Books for Purchase Receives and Bill generation.

Zoho Expense Configuration:

• Set up Zoho Expense with standard configurations, including expense reports, per diem, mileage, and policies.
• Configured an approval workflow for expenses to ensure timely reimbursements and compliance with policies.

Integrated System Setup:

• Zoho Projects Integration: Linked with Zoho Creator for tracking project-related BOQs and tasks.
